1. Your account
You can sign in with a Google or Apple account. Booking a trial at a gym also requires verifying a phone number by one-time code, so a gym can actually reach you about your booking. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
2. Gym listings and reviews
Gyms are verified by a human FitCircle admin before they show a Verified badge — this is never automatic. Reviews are only accepted from members with a confirmed location check-in at that gym, and are still subject to moderation before they appear publicly. We don't guarantee the accuracy of information a gym owner enters about their own facility (pricing, timings, equipment) beyond what our verification process checks.
3. Trials and check-ins
Booking a trial creates a lead that the gym can see and follow up on. Location check-in at the gym is how we confirm a visit actually happened — it's the basis for verified reviews and challenge attendance. We don't track reps, sets, weights, or any workout detail — attendance is the only thing verified.
4. Transformation challenges and photos
If you join a transformation challenge, you can optionally upload a start and end photo and submit them for public sharing. Nothing becomes public automatically: submitting a story only puts it in front of a FitCircle admin for review, and it only becomes visible to others if you explicitly consented at submission time and an admin approves it. You can decline to share at any point by simply not submitting.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
FitCircle verifies attendance, not results. Individual results vary and depend on effort, consistency, and starting point — we do not promise or guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, or any other health outcome for anyone using the platform, a gym, or a challenge listed here.
6. Payments
Online payment processing is not live in the current version of FitCircle. Any trial fees or membership payments shown on a gym's listing are currently handled directly between you and the gym, not through FitCircle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more on this.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Since this is a draft, expect it to change more than a finalized policy would.
