1. What we collect
- Your name, email, and phone number (phone is verified by one-time code when you book a trial).
- Your location, when you share it, to find and rank nearby gyms by distance.
- Transformation challenge photos, if you choose to upload and submit them — stored privately by default and never shown publicly without your explicit consent and admin approval (see our Terms & Conditions).
- Trial bookings, location check-ins, reviews, and messages you send us through the Contact form.
2. Where it goes
When you book a trial at a gym, your name and phone number are shared with that gym as a lead so they can follow up with you — that's the core of how trial booking works. We don't sell your personal data to third parties. Transformation photos are stored in private object storage and are only ever readable by you, and by a FitCircle admin reviewing a submission you've chosen to share.
3. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in after you log in with Google or Apple. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Your choices
You choose whether to share your location and whether to submit transformation photos for public sharing — neither is required to use FitCircle. There's no self-serve way to delete your account or data yet; until there is, contact us and we'll handle it directly.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Since this is a draft, expect it to change more than a finalized policy would.
